Added truce mode From 23:30 to 7:30 server time (GTM +3). Happy Hour Event

Experience gain increased by 10% from 19:00 to 20:00 and from 07:00 to 08:00 server time (GTM+3) at all locations

Event starts and ends:

The inscription in the center of the screen "Happy Hour event started" will inform you about the start of the event.

The inscription in the center of the screen "Happy Hour Event finished" will inform you about the end of the event.

Cherry Blossom Event

Added Cherry Blossom Event, located in Noria (coordinates 179 x 126). You need to find and gather the missing cherry branches.
